Peeping Tom
I encountered a bloody peeping tom in one of the toilets at Jurong Point earlier tonight. He was standing next to me, and couldn't keep his eyes to his own urinal. My suspicions were confirmed when he stood there to pee for quite a while - much longer than a normal person would take even if one's bladder was full. He stood there, looking around, probably hoping for another guy to stand next to him. I mean, if you were really doing your business, you wouldn't be looking around like a total idiot, would you?
If I ever bump into him again, I swear I'll peep at him till his balls fall off.

A Mad Month
The number of shows and performances that we have to put up this month is absolutely crazy. There are so many, it’s unbelievable. I sincerely apologize to all my friends who’ve been trying to reach me for gatherings and such. I’ll promise I’ll make some time for you guys in April.
Just last week, we had shows 4 days in a row - at Pan Pacific Hotel, Intercontinental Hotel, and over the weekend, the entire Music & Drama Company was down at Suntec City for the Army Career Exhibition 2006, which was one of the best shows I’ve ever done. It was tiring, of course, considering that we had to report early in the morning and only leave in the evening. Each music group had to perform 3 sets of music at different times of the day, and the exhibition ate up my entire weekend, causing me to postpone all activities and classes to this week. Thanks to everyone who came down (intentionally and unintentionally) to support us at the ACE 2006. It was a wonderful event with Power 98FM DJs hosting different the shows at different times of the day on both days, together with great music.
I guess the best part of the whole event was that I managed to take a photo with Felicia Chin on the second day. I urged Ivan, who was a friend of Felicia, to take a photo with her while she was backstage preparing for her stint. The organizers actually declined but I told the lady, “Erm, but she’s his friend”. She was like, “Oh”. Haha. It was damn funny.
The past few days have been really long and tiring, especially since we put up even more shows at Oriental Hotel, Changi Naval Base and just earlier this evening, at SAFTI MI for the OCS Commissioning Parade. Yes, another of my Saturdays burnt. In fact, I haven’t been to church for 4 weeks in a row, and there’s nothing I can do about it.
The show at Changi Naval Base was so fun! We had to perform on a military ship - the RSS Revolution. It was a NDP06 Exco meeting, and we had to perform light classical music. We even had requests to play Titanic, twice, from different groups of people on the ship. While we played, they spread out their hands and made the "flying" action. It was actually quite stupid, but it was funny nonetheless. The buffet on the ship was pretty darn good. We had black pepper crayfish and yummy octopus to eat. Delicious. There was also a damn freaking funny incident which happened on board but I shan't talk about it since the meeting involves lots of high-ranking people from the army. It was just so damn funny, we were laughing all the way home.
Being on the RSS Revolution reminds me of the times when I was on a cruise. I love the cabins, the beds, and the fact that I was actually on water, and not on land. Haha. Maybe I'll go on a cruise sometime soon, when I actually am able to find some time.
Well, in other news, I managed to catch a couple of complimentary movie previews lately, including Underworld Evolution, Nanny McPhee and The Shaggy Dog. In fact, I watched Nanny McPhee twice, for free, and I totally loved it. The Shaggy Dog’s pretty good, too. Quite an interesting concept, I must say. Final Destination 3 wasn’t as great as I’d expected. The only thing I like was that the film was shot at a funfair, on a rollercoaster. I’ve always loved films which have themes that revolves around funfairs. Don’t ask me why.
Okay, the next few weeks will be crazy as usual, so I probably won’t have time for anything else. I’ve got so much more to say but unfortunately I don’t have the time.

Dinner & Dance
I just returned from my first MDC Dinner & Dance at Club Momo.
Never in my life have I ever danced and jumped around the entire place like a total idiot. To be honest, it's my first time clubbing, and I totally enjoyed it, except for the fact that half the people were smoking, and I had too much to eat during the buffet dinner, which was sponsored by Siam Kitchen. Great food, by the way.
No party is complete without my favourite song - I Like That by Houston, which was the first hit played after a short break. Nothing beats having to dance away to your favourite hits blasting through the system next to your ear. It was an evening of absolute madness and fun at Club Momo, which played ONLY THE HITS. Hahaha.
In other news, I auditioned a couple of recruits on Monday, and my oh my, I just have to say that this world is really, really small. I ended up auditioning this guy who was from this particular JC who happened to know this particular person. Well, it's a long story. For those of you who have absolutely no idea what I'm talking about, never mind.
For those who do, well, life can be quite interesting at times, eh?
I'm so happy I bumped into this person. If I never did, I would never had known.
It's been a long day. Time to hit the sack.
